Bow 80ish pre-ride 2011

Did a little Bow80ish riding today with Kate A,Craig S,Craig M and Brian B.

Sulfur Springs,Connector,Powder-face long loop,Prairie Link,Sulfur Springs,Pneuma,Special K and Ridgeback.

Had decent legs,but started bonking on Pneuma and saw cheeseburgers hoovering above Ridgeback trail 45 minutes later.

Thanks to the Joey’s pub in Bragg Creek,the 10oz Loaded Burger and 2 glass of coke brought me back to reality.

I think we all concluded that this Bow80 will be super hard….
